We are nominated for the VFF Documentary-Production Award for our film ETERNITY AT LAST – we are very excited!

We just got wonderful news: our documentary PARIS – NO DAY WITHOUT YOU is nominated for the German Documentary Award! A big thank you to the team. We are really happy.

Right after its world premiere at the Black Nights Festival in Tallinn, TAILOR has won three awards at the Thessaloniki Film Festival – the Fipresci Award, the Special Youth Award and the ERT Award. We are very happy!

TAILOR celebrates it’s world premiere at the A-Festival Black Nights in Tallinn in the First Feature Competition. The festival will take place in a hybrid form. The director Sonia Kentermann and the two main actors will be attending the festival in person.

Shortly before the long-awaited opening of the airport Berlin-Brandenburg (BER), our documentary “Last Call: BER” celebrates its TV-premiere on Wednesday 28th of October at 11:00pm on Arte and sheds light on what went wrong on Germanys longest and most expensive construction side. The film will be shown again on rbb, Saturday the 31st of October at 8:15pm and on WDR, Wednesday the 4th of  November at 11:30pm.

The documentary feature PARIS – NO DAY WITHOUT YOU celebrated its world premiere at the DOK.fest München 2020! Due to the special circumstances this year, the festival took place as an online edition: DOK.fest München @ home.

DARK EDEN has been awarded with this year’s Grimme Award in the category Information & Culture. Additionally to the Grimme Award for the directors Jasmin Herold and Michael Beamish, the movie received the Grimme Award for editing (Martin Kayser-Landwehr) and cinematography (Andreas Köhler). The statement says: “To turn the movie into a portrait and character study makes it a captivating, even entertaining narrative – and gives the viewer the chance to understand even the most dubious positions and attitudes.”

Two of our films have been nominated for the Grimme Award this year – DARK EDEN and DIFFERENT KINDS OF RAIN. We are so happy!
