The German-Polish-Israeli documentary is going to premiere at the Film Festival Jerusalem. A big ‘thank you’ to everyone who has supported us along the way!

The European Film Academy has invited the producer Melanie Andernach to a weekend on Cypress to discuss film with up-and-coming film makers from Europe and members of the European Film Academy. We are thrilled about this news!

Congratulations to director Marcel Ahrenholz, who won the Phoenix Förderpreis 2009 for his documentary 14 WAYS TO DESCRIBE THE RAIN. The Filmstiftung NRW is funding the film project with 75,000 EUR.

The documentary by Yael Reuveny has been chosen by the IDFAcademy! At the academy, she will be able to complete her script together with film makers and editors from all around the world.

We are very pleased to announce that our first feature film THE THINGS BETWEEN US is going to be screened at the Berlinale in the category “Perspektive Deutsches Kino”. It will premiere on 15th of February at 7.00 pm at the Cinemaxx 3.

The producer Melanie Andernach is going to take part in this year’s European Audivisual Entrepreneurs (EAVE) programme. EAVE is regarded as Europe’s leading advanced training programme for European co-productions. Melanie Andernach will bring along her project SILENT DEEDS by Andreas Köhler.

KADO (written and directed by Melanie Andernach and Andreas Köhler) is going to premiere on 21 September in Cologne and will then go on festival tour. The film is an episode from the WDR production Code 21.

Filming for our first feature film DIE DINGE ZWISCHEN UNS (written and directed by Iris Janssen, co-produced by the Academy of Media Arts Cologne) ended in July. The project was funded by the Filmstiftung NRW. Now, we are looking forward to post-production!
